Stoney Brook is one of a handful of neighborhoods located near Cherry Creek Reservoir in Aurora, Colorado. It is conveniently located near Interstate 25 and the adjacent connector of Interstate 225.
Aurora experienced a major expansion around the 1970s and 1980s, with more communities popping up on a regular basis and the infrastructure growing steadily. Stoney Brook came up around the end of the boom, around the later part of 1986. Today it is now home to a large variety of top-of-the-line luxury homes, continuing to attract new residents because of their appeal.
